Freight company in Curitiba
A 42-year-old freight company got 1,207 visits from Google in one month and zero quote requests through its website. I built a landing page where the quote is the first thing on the screen.

Who it's for
A family freight company
with 42 years on the road
The company picks up and delivers freight and packages all over Brazil, by air and by road, with ten employees. Shipping has no fixed rate table, and every quote is calculated on the spot.
Most shipments come from businesses, from factories to hospital equipment makers, sending parts and materials that need to arrive in good shape.

What I did
Everything that went into
this project
A quote form styled like a waybill
Origin, destination and type of freight in a form right at the top, which opens WhatsApp with the message ready and won't send an empty quote.
A visual direction of its own
I called it the waybill, the freight paperwork paired with the highway sign. The page is dark, and the only light surfaces are the truck and the paper.
The route that travels down the page
A red dot leaves the origin and reaches the destination, from the top down to the three-step section.
The six types of freight
On a slider with arrows, and each card says whether that freight goes by air or by road.
Tracking in the right place
The field goes straight to the tracking page in the company's system. On the old website, the menu led to a login screen.
A Friday night conversation
A phone shows a quote being requested after hours, message by message.
Checked on ten screen sizes
From ultrawide monitors to small phones, with the top section capped in height so the form shows up on a laptop's first screen, and 138 color pairs measured.
Before and after
How it was
and how it turned out
- 1,207 visits from Google in July and no requests recorded
- The tracking menu led to a login screen
- Nobody answered WhatsApp at night or on weekends
- People had to find the contact info to ask for a quote

The details
Photos, copy, color
and what sits underneath
Photos
All generated with AI in Magnific, in the navy blue palette with red only as a detail. The top photo, a truck on the highway, came out after eight tries. The real logo was fitted in perspective onto the side of the truck and the van, because lettering generated by AI comes out crooked.
Copy
I wrote it from the owner's voice-message answers to a 10-question questionnaire, the old website's traffic report, the contracts and the website itself.
Brand
The brand's blue and white, with darker shades of blue for text and buttons, and red only as a signal. Headings in Funnel Display, body text in Google Sans Flex and labels in IBM Plex Mono. The logo is the one from the old website, not redrawn.

Technology
HTML, CSS and JavaScript on a single page. The top photo comes in three sizes, and the largest one went from 606 kB down to 224 kB.
