Medical clinic in Parauapebas

A clinic with a 5.0 rating on Google had a paid domain showing an empty hosting page where the website should be. I built the whole website before the meeting, and the clinic signed on for the project.

Who it's for

A clinic
that cares for the whole family

The clinic brings together visits across several specialties, ultrasound and a lab at the same address, from prenatal care to adult checkups.

Pregnant women and families with babies make up a big part of its patients, and the well-baby care package is for them, eight visits over nine months, starting during pregnancy.

What I did

Everything that went into
this project

  1. The top with three doors

Visit, test or lab draw. Picking one of the three changes the photo of the room behind it, and the heading comes in word by word.

  2. Search that understands everyday language

Typing ultrasound finds ultrasonography, pimple finds dermatology and knee finds orthopedics, with or without accents.

  3. A dedicated well-baby care page

With the journey of the 8 visits drawn out, from pregnancy to the baby's sixth month.

  4. 12 real Google reviews

On a testimonials page, with the star breakdown matching Google's, 29 five-star and 1 four-star.

  5. Team and facilities in an arc carousel

You can swipe it with a finger, move through it with the keyboard and filter by area.

  6. A blog with 11 articles

With a summary, a table of contents, questions and answers Google understands and a note that nothing replaces a visit. The topics came from the clinic's Instagram captions.

  7. Booking in four steps

With an urgent-care box and a shortcut by location, and the button at the top goes straight to WhatsApp.

Before and after

How it was
and how it turned out

  • A paid domain showing the hosting company's default page
  • The Google Business Profile sent anyone who clicked on website to that empty page
  • An old address on the only page that existed
  • Patients complaining about slow replies on WhatsApp

The details

Photos, copy, color
and what sits underneath

Photos

The team photos are real. Five photos of the clinic, from the reception area to the exam rooms, were redone in studio quality and replaced the old ones in 18 places on the website. The four room photos got a tint in the brand color so they work as a set. The well-baby care illustration and the article covers were generated in Magnific.

Copy

I wrote it from the clinic's Instagram and highlights, its Google Business Profile, Maps and the old page. The line at the top is the clinic's own.

Brand

The brand stayed as it was. The colors came from the logo itself, petrol blue and pink, the headings are in Quicksand, the same lettering as the clinic's name, and body text is in Inter. The three-petal symbol was redrawn as a vector, and the WhatsApp button is never green.
