24-hour veterinary hospital in Belo Horizonte
A 45-year-old veterinary hospital had round-the-clock emergency care, an ICU and 819 Google reviews, and none of that showed up on its website. I brought all of it to the front.

Who it's for
A veterinary hospital
open since 1981
The hospital treats dogs, cats and exotic pets 24 hours a day, with its own ICU equipped for hemodialysis, a blood bank and lab tests at the same address.
Some pet owners drive 200 km to bring their pet to the hospital's eye specialist. The medicine was the strong point, and the complaint that kept coming up in reviews was about follow-up, test results that take too long and a phone nobody answers.

What I did
Everything that went into
this project
24-hour emergency care as the main message
The top of the page talks about the emergency service and has a block saying it's running right now, with buttons for WhatsApp and for calling.
ICU and blood bank with their own section
On the old website both were lost inside a list of other services. Now they show up on the homepage and on the hospital page.
17 specialties and 13 tests organized
In a tabbed panel on desktop, which turns into an expandable list on a phone.
24 real reviews on the page
With the owner's name, the pet's name and the photo, plus the Google rating on the homepage. Before, the testimonials were hidden in an inner tab.
The full clinical staff
All 46 professionals on the hospital page, and anyone without a photo shows up with their initials.
A blog with 10 articles
Rewritten from the clinical staff's original texts, with questions and answers Google understands and links from one article to another.
Two phone numbers, each with its own job
The landline for calls and the cell number for WhatsApp, because the website and Google were showing different numbers.
Before and after
How it was
and how it turned out
- Blog untouched since 2019
- 24-hour emergency care only as a badge, with no call to action
- The 4.7 Google rating missing from the website
- Appointment requests only through a form

The details
Photos, copy, color
and what sits underneath
Photos
The facility images and the doctor portraits on the homepage were generated with AI as a style reference, until the hospital sends its own photos. The owners' photos in the reviews are their real Google profile pictures.
Copy
I wrote it from the old website, the reviews on Google and on Reclame Aqui (a Brazilian consumer complaint site), the hospital's Instagram and the clinical staff's original texts.
Brand
The hospital's brand stayed as it was, with the original logo and the palette of greens. Headings in Lilita One, the same rounded lettering as their Instagram, and body text in Inter.
