Frequently asked questions
Is there a copay?
No. Covered procedures are paid for by the monthly fee, and the partner clinic charges nothing extra for them.
What is the waiting period?
General vet and emergency visits, zero. Vaccines, 30 days. Imaging tests and hospital stays, 90 days. Surgery, 90 to 180 days. Spay or neuter, 180 days.
Do you accept pets aged 9 or older?
Yes, with a different price calculated by the sales team. Pets that already have a plan continue as usual after turning 9.
How do I pay?
By automatic debit on your credit card, at the promotional price, or with a monthly bank slip at the full price.
Is there a discount for more than one pet?
Yes, from 4% to 10% starting with the second pet, depending on the plan.
